Summer is usually the easiest time of year to be fit, as we are outdoors and the sun is shining...

Where is your fitness level and where do you want it to be at?

This forum could really help those who may need that extra bit of motivation..

About 40 lbs overweight but carry it pretty well. Working on it losing it as we speak!

5-10 /210 here...after a horrendous winter , I am in the best shape I have been in, ever....

Trying to stay motivated in those cold months has been my downfall the past two years...

6' 2" 200....avid runner and in the gym at least three times a week. My choice high these days is from endorphins.

It's been fluctuating--ready to get on a roll.

6-0 , 210 now

was 225 lost 15 lbs mostly muscle last 4 months trying to slim up waistline that has been problem area (an extra two inches at love handle area)

Bench went from 250 to 205 as I stopped using creatine and protein shakes. Diet and what you put into body is so important.

6'0' 290lbs would like to drop 50 pounds, still have a 38inch waist not that bad!

6 foot, 235lbs.. was up to 249lbs.. was doing good, went on vacation and managed to hold the weight off, that i had dropped.

back now and back on program, on a very strict cardio and diet regimen for 100 days, going to weigh 199lbs when i complete the 100 days.. thats 50lbs in 100 days or 3.5lbs per week..

after this, i am going back to my first love (bodybuilding) but as a natural --- under 200lb one..

Mostly muscle i would say but i'm working hard on my abbs just to lose that extra fat so i get definition. Also trying to get my chest bigger too look more sexy.

5'11 180lbs. (35 years old)

I run about 15-30 miles per week, gym 3-4 days per week, and do 100 pushups (as a ritual) daily.

I wouldn't say I'm "in the best shape" (I ran 2 marathons in 2002 - Disney and San Diego Rock-n-Roll Marathon). But I'm in pretty good shape. I'm thinking of doing a marathon in January or February. I'll probably do a half marathon at Thanksgiving to see where I am. I drink a lot during football season which makes running tough on the weekends!!

I'm in pretty good shape, mostly muscle now...run 12 miles twice a week and gym 4 -5 times a week...worked on my abs for about year I can finally say my sixpack its looking good now thnk God!! ....Now my new goal its for january I need to gain at least 20pounds in muscle but keeping my body cut:muscles:

2001bs and you wont catch me dead running 12 miles unless something really slow is chasing me!!!! Actually you can catch me dead, problem is i will collapse
after about 1 mile or less!!!!

Pre-children ( 3 years ago )
5'11" 182lbs.
31inch waist
Weight trained six days a week.
Bench pressed 225 around twenty times, warming up.

Post-children
5'11 188lbs
33 inch waist with a bit of tummy hanging over the jeans.
Used a Joe Namath exercise tube a couple times until it broke.
I now rely on my cat like reflexes.
